Colon Cleansing Makeover

More than half the population is suffering from self-induced internal poisoning (auto-intoxication), coupled with environmental poisons. The colon is to some extent filled with old fecal material that is a source of poison to the entire body and mind. Old waste has been known to stay in the colon for weeks, months, or even years. Our bodies designed to clean out the colon everyday naturally, two to three times a day, but that is rarely the case for most people because of poor diet, lack of exercise and the stresses of modern civilization.
Colon hydrotherapy is used for detoxification and restoring health. Documented therapeutic benefits of colon hydrotherapy date back centuries, despite the fact that it is a controversial and often misunderstood form of bowel management. Colon hydrotherapy equipment works so well to clean the large intestine that it’s beyond belief. One session can be compared to 30 enemas. Registered with the FDA, current colon hydrotherapy equipment is safe and effective. It contains temperature-controlled, filtered water, plus a built in sanitizing unit. Disposable single-use rectal tubes are also used for sterility. No more long tubes and buckets like the old days.
A session of colon hydrotherapy will usually last 30 to 45 minutes and has you experiencing comfort and cleansing with no toxicity. Techniques using slow fills of water flowing gently into the colon stimulate the natural peristalsis to release softened waste. Flaccid and weak colon muscles, as well as dehydration lead to constipation and make elimination difficult. Colon hydrotherapy removes waste and encourages better elimination, as well as hydrating the body.
Colon hydrotherapy is an effective and safe form of cleansing the colon when administered by properly trained I-ACT certified practitioners.
